Location: Sturgis, MI
Pay Range: $15.88 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Weekday Shifts | Morning Availability | Part-Time or Full-Time
Care Watch of Michigan Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.

Position Overview
As a caregiver, you will support clients with daily living tasks while fostering meaningful, positive relationships. You will work one-on-one with individuals, assisting them physically and emotionally as they navigate their day-to-day routines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during visits
- Help with light meal preparation, encouraging client and family participation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, sweeping, and maintaining clean common areas
- Support client mobility and encourage light activity as needed
- Observe and report any changes in client behavior, condition, or safety to the care team
- Follow client-specific care plans and communicate regularly with your supervisor
Schedule Details
- Flexible Timings.
- Typical shift duration is 3 hours per visit
- Monday through Friday availability required
- Opportunities for extended or additional shifts available for those seeking full-time hours
- No mandatory weekends (optional weekend work available if desired)

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in the Sturgis, MI area
- Punctual, dependable, and professional in all interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required — we provide training
