Position Overview: As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities for our clients in their home environment. Your support will allow clients to live comfortably, safely, and independently, enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as needed.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organization.
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, report changes to supervisors, and document care.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Follow individual care plans and ensure client’s comfort and satisfaction.
- Support with medication reminders and assist in managing appointments.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with physical mobility.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours (part-time/full-time shifts available).
