We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Care with Dignity at Home. Location: Manassas, VA
Job Type: Part-time (15 hours per week)
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and reliable care while maintaining client dignity.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using mobility aids and equipment.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Aid with meal preparation, feeding, shopping, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean living space.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Provide specialized care for veterans, Alzheimer's, and dementia patients.
Requirements:
- Certification required.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to accurately follow medical documentation procedures.
- Independent, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
