- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transportation needs.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in direct support roles such as home community care or hospice care is preferred.
- Certification in CPR or relevant nursing qualifications is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and home health practices is advantageous.
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or group homes is a plus.
