Job Title: REGISTERED NURSE
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ELDERLY
THIS IS A PRN POSITION - On-Call
MUST BE RELIABLE WITH (2) PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT REFERENCES
Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Skills:
- Experience in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines
- Knowledge of first aid and ability to respond to emergencies
- Familiarity with senior care and memory care techniques
- Understanding of home care principles and practices
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with physical disabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
