This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Role Summary And Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for overseeing the verification process of practice profiles on Google. This includes ensuring that the information listed on Google is accurate, authentic, and complies with Google's standards. The coordinator will manage the verification workflow, assist practice managers with the verification process, and troubleshoot any issues related to Google Business Profile listings.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

The Salary range for this position is
$20/hr. - $32/hr.
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Business Profile Verification: Manage the end-to-end process of verifying new business profiles or edits to existing profiles. This includes communicating with practice managers, confirming data accuracy, and submitting necessary information to verify ownership.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure all business details (name, address, phone number, website, hours, etc.) are correct and up to date on Google Business Profile pages.
- Communication with Stakeholders: Communicate with practice managers to gather necessary information needed for onsite verification calls and resolve any verification-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitoring: Monitor the status of ongoing verifications and address any delays or issues promptly to ensure profiles are live and accurate.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track verification progress and generate reports on verification success rates.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth verification experience for the practice managers.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Must be currently enrolled as a college student.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer usage.
- Exhibits proper phone etiquette and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- This role will require travel to the practice locations for verification calls. All other aspects of this role can be performed remotely.
