Role Description
As the Vice President of Operations, you will lead, direct, and oversee the daily operations of MSPB’s medical practice locations, ensuring the highest level of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership in strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and collaboration with other departments to drive organizational success and patient care excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-specialty physician practice environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare data management and clinical applications (e.g., Athena).
- Value based care experience highly preferred
- Experience working directly with Primary Care Physicians required; Subspecialty preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards at state and federal levels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to effectively interpret and analyze healthcare standards, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to write and implement operational policies, quality assurance protocols, and strategic initiatives.
- Experience with employee development, coaching, and creating a positive, results-oriented work culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with patient flow management, clinic operational processes, and effective resource utilization.
