Role Title : Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

This position reports to the Director of Healthcare & Business Analytics.
Position Summary
The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will execute a variety of complex analytical exercises to provide operations, quality, medical management, and finance with actionable, high quality quantitative and qualitative insights that drives effective business decision making, enables interpretation and prediction of past, current and future performance, and identifies opportunities to improve patient quality of care. Analyzes the root cause of any identified opportunities and present the story to business decision makers to take appropriate actions using PPTs and dashboards.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in the migration of existing dashboards, reports, SQL assets from Azure and Power BI to Snowflake, dbt and DOMO
- Conduct rigorous data mining and statistically sound analytical analyses to develop and report high quality actionable and quantitative information that will drive effective and integrated business decision making, enable interpretation of performance trends
- Create dynamic and highly effective methods of data delivery and provide critical and insightful data.
- Coordinate with line and support functions to provide the analytical support to critical operational effectiveness initiatives and to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Develop expertise, thought leadership in the area of analytics, business intelligence and reporting, and provide new and innovative approaches to business data analysis and interpretation.
- Identify new opportunities to reduce unnecessary medical and administrative costs.
- Develop and execute presentations, reports and dashboards for middle and senior management use for (HEDIS, Cost, Risk and Utilization). Continuously improve the delivery of process performance information to all business partners.
- Utilizes SQL, dbt, Snowflake and other tools for the purpose of extracting and processing data for the business's analytical needs.
- Works with Project Manager to ensure a review and tracking process exists throughout the project life-cycle.
- Strong communication and coordination skill to get projects to the finish line timely.
- Recommends process improvement opportunities.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The Salary range for this position is
92K / yr. - $115K / yr.
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
