Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Olympia, Washington. As a home health physical therapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote optimal recovery and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Travel within Thurston County to provide care on an intermittent basis in patients' homes
- Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide, as assigned
- Consult with physicians regarding change in treatment
Requirements:
- Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Washington
- Two years' experience as a physical therapist, preferred
