About the Role
Careage Home Health - Pierce County is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Administer speech therapy services as ordered by physicians, following the plan of care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Participate in patient care planning with home care personnel.
- Comply with Medicare documentation requirements.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
- At least two years' experience, preferably in home health.
- The ability to travel within Pierce and/or Thurston County.
