Responsibilities
Carease Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team in providing care management services to a select group of patients. This role involves brief in-person visits (just a few minutes) each month, with the ability to complete patient documentation remotely with support from a scribe team. Our scribes will assist you in filling in the charts, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
