About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team and provide exceptional patient care. Our approach focuses on assisting patients in chronic disease management through individualized interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
We offer a full-time opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner (36 hours per week) to join our clinic, which provides primary care services to the employees and families of the Indiana Packers Corp. You will work alongside a team of two experienced FNPs, a Health Center Manager, and clinical assistants.
