Intake Coordinator
Our call center is the heart of our organization. As an Intake Coordinator at Carebridge, you’ll be the first point of contact for someone looking for help. You will answer calls with empathy, patience, and assurance to assist them in their time of need. Calls are most often related to concerns about anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, childcare, eldercare, legal, and financial stress. As well as those looking for motivation, stress relief, and goal setting to improve their wellbeing. Your main objective will be to ask intake questions, accurately enter their information in our case management system, file claims, and set them on the right pathway of care with one of our EAP Counselors, Work-Life Specialists, Certified Life Coaches, or Account Managers.
Specific Responsibilities
- Promptly answer inbound interactions via phone, email, or chat.
- Ask specific list of intake questions, confirm their eligibility for our services, and answer general questions.
- Triage calls and provide resources and information.
- Comfort, motivate, and inspire callers.
- Know our support literature library, self-led digital tools, and explain to callers how to access.
- Ensures intake documentation is accurate.
- Warm transfer caller to appropriate pathway of care.
- Follow up with callers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience in customer service, or as a receptionist at a mental health or healthcare clinic
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office and using dual monitors
- Previous experience in an intake or admissions environment preferred but not mandatory

Current Opening
- Part-time shift at our Exton, PA call center including 7:15 am- 11:15 am Monday through Wednesday and 8:00 am- 12 Noon on Thursday and Friday.
Pay
- $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience
