Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, build relationships with referral sources, and drive the growth of our home care services. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping seniors and individuals in need of home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop relationships with potential referral sources, including hospitals, doctors’ offices, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, community events, and professional outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations and in-service meetings with healthcare professionals to educate them about our home care services.
- Follow up on leads and referrals promptly to convert them into clients.
Marketing & Outreach
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Plan and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to promote home care services.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Maintain an active social media presence to engage with potential clients and referral partners.
Client Relations & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and explain service offerings.
- Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and referral sources to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the home care industry, senior care, and healthcare referral networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Compassion for Seniors
- Demonstrated success in working with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to meetings and events.
