We are looking for an In Home Caregiver for a client in Morisville, PA!
Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30AM- 2:30PM

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality regarding personal information.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and social workers to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Engage clients in social activities that promote mental stimulation and physical health.
Skills
- Experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.
- Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in health status.
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for all clients.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, including nurses and social workers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
