Caregiver needed in Sugarloaf. The shifts are 9 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 1 AM.
Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support with daily living activities and ensure the well-being of our clients. This position requires a commitment to patient care and a genuine desire to help others.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Help with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring clients safely when necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Skills
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience in patient monitoring within assisted living or group home settings.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
