WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at CareCo Shoreline, you enjoy a flexible full-time schedule tailored to meet the needs of our patients.
You start your day with a warm greeting as you arrive at your first patient's home. With compassion and expertise, you conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify their needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. You work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal outcomes for your patients. From tailoring home exercise programs to addressing pain management, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HOME HEALTH OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Registered therapist in Connecticut
Having experience with OASIS is a plus!
