What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager- Peabody, MA position at Careco?
Do you have outstanding leadership skills and enjoy effectively managing a team? If so, CareCo is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to join our in-home care company!
As Regional Manager duties include
Sales
- Sell
- Handling inbound leads from referral sources (A Place for Mom,
Care.com etc.)
- Grassroots community programming and networking. The hub will provide templates for:
Standards- mocktails, cocktails, and meet & greets.
- Client and Facility lunch and learns- Spring & Fall Separate document for how the programs look.
- Implement
- Sign contracts with correct information- send to revenue cycle manager (Run credit card with one week prepay)- point of sale
- Prepare care plans for each client
- Start the case-walk caregiver or field tech into the door. Find out in advance if you are comfortable with the caregiver or field tech who has been assigned
- Reach out to client each time they are getting a new caregiverSchedule management
- Review the calendar and fill all slots- in conjunction with Hub
- On a nightly basis each region should make sure the schedule is filled for their region
- Prepare schedules for the field techs the night before- This will be managed in collaboration within the hub.
- Field tech should be given
- a schedule
- a care plan which they should update if necessary
- car assignment/ driving sheet with mileageEmployee Management
- Grassroots recruiting
- Apply the centralized programs such as the refer a colleague program
- Train- oversee orientation
- Store I9s both physically and electronically in the client files

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MANAGERS
We're looking for a Regional Manager to join our management team who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
- Management experience in a business setting, health care preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend English
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
- High level of computer knowledge
