Position Overview :
As a Manager, Finance Marketing at Care.com, you will play a key role in bridging the worlds of finance and marketing, driving strategic initiatives to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI. Your expertise in financial analysis and marketing attribution will be essential in informing decision-making and shaping our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights into ROI and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for marketing spend and revenue impact.
- Lead marketing attribution efforts to determine the contribution of different channels and campaigns to overall revenue generation.
- Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities on key financial metrics.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships with Marketing and Product teams to align on business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Salary Range : 120,000- 145,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
