Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Perry, GA at CareConnect Convenient Care, Perry. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary health care services, urgent care, and medicine services on a daily basis.
Schedule
Our Office Hours are 9:00 AM- 8:00PM, 7 Days-A-Week. Providers will work 8:14 (weekdays & weekend rotations).
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioners and Nursing skills
- Experience in Primary Care and Medicine
- Knowledge of Urgent Care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia
- Master's degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
