## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled DNP, CRNP-PMH to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and be dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered services. ## Responsibilities - Administer injections and medications following established protocols - Conduct inpatient psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care - Perform discharge planning and provide patient education - Utilize aseptic techniques for procedures such as IV insertion - Manage patients in various settings including PICU, medical offices, and emergency rooms - Demonstrate proficiency in medical-surgical practices and internal medicine ## Skills - Experience in administering injections and IV insertion - Proficiency in discharge planning and patient education - Familiarity with aseptic techniques and medical-surgical procedures - Knowledge of mental health care practices in inpatient settings - Ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments such as PICU, medical offices, and emergency rooms
