Job Description:

Care Connect, LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide dedicated support to a client from Thursday to Monday. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with dementia care and be proficient in operating a Hoyer lift. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safely operate and manage a Hoyer lift for transfers
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Medication reminders and monitor for any health changes
- Provide companionship and engage the client in appropriate activities
- Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying the living space
- Document daily care activities and report any concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Experience with dementia care is required
- Proficiency in using a Hoyer lift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Must pass a background check and provide references
- Must be able to read and write English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250.00 - $275.00 per day
