Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7 AM - 7 PM

Care Connect, LLC is looking for experienced and compassionate caregivers to join our team in Southbury, CT. We are seeking seasoned professionals who are skilled in using a Hoyer lift and have experience working with individuals with dementia.
Requirements:
✔Minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience
Proficiency in using a Hoyer lift
✔ Experience working with clients with dementia (patience and understanding required)
✔ Ability to provide assistance with ADLs, transfers, and mobility support
✔Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated
✔Strong communication and observation skills
✔Must be female (client preference)
✔Ability to commit to a 12-hour shift (7 AM - 7 PM)
Responsibilities:
Assist with mobility and transfers using a Hoyer lift
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support with medication reminders and companionship
Engage in cognitive stimulation activities for dementia care
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
