Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Certified Home Health Aides. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families by providing personal care and support in the following areas:
- Providing personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of SC.
- Reliable transportation.
- The ability to work a minimum of 12 hours/week and every other weekend.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Fluency in English (able to speak and understand).
- An understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- The ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
