As a Home Health Aide with CareConnect, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations throughout Flemington, New Jersey. You will be responsible for providing personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with mobility and transfers, administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NJ.
- You need to own reliable transportation.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Fluent in English.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
