Premier Home Care Opportunity
We're looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of those in need. As a home health aide with Premier, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily activities, such as mobility and transfers.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Completion of a New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
- Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
- Age 18 or older
