Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, as ordered by the healthcare provider, to ensure accurate monitoring of patients' health status.
- Ambulation and Exercise: Assist clients with ambulation and exercise activities, adhering to their individualized plans of care.
- Routine Care: Perform routine care tasks, such as assisting with medication administration, doing laundry, and meeting safety needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
