We're looking for compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team of dedicated home health aides. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with medication management, administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of NJ.
- Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the United States, and fluent in English.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Able to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Satisfactory completion of a New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
