Job Overview
We're seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. As a Certified HHA, you'll need to be certified in the state of MA and possess the skills and qualifications necessary to deliver high-quality care.
Duties:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Assist with feeding and vital sign monitoring
- Ambulate and exercise patients according to their care plan
- Perform range of motion and other procedures as an extension of therapy services
- Assist with medication administration and laundry
- Meet patient safety needs and use equipment properly
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of MA
- Own reliable transportation
- Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Able to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties
- Satisfactory completion of MA Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
