Requirements and Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification: Must be certified as a Home Health Aide in the state of NJ.
- Reliable Transportation: Own reliable transportation for client visits and company business.
- Eligibility to Work in the US: Eligible to work in the United States.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of HIPAA Regulations: Comprehend the importance of patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Cooking and Housekeeping Skills: Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Education and Training: Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Literacy and Arithmetic Skills: Demonstrate adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
