We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver for Seniors to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, as needed
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to assigned nurse or supervisor
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of MA
- An up-to-date CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care
