As a home health aide, you will be at the heart of our client's care, providing comprehensive support in personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, oral care, and dressing
- Measuring and recording vital signs, reporting deviations, and assisting with medication management under nurse supervision
- Aiding clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and assisting with walking aids
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment
- Effectively communicating with clients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining accurate records of care and client status
