To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for delivering high-quality care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a valid New York State Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification and be able to speak and understand English fluently. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
