- Personal Care: Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Nutrition and Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to each patient's needs.
- Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and meet safety needs of patients using equipment safely and properly.
- Reporting and Documentation: Report on patients' conditions and significant changes to assigned nurses, adhering to documentation and care procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification: Be a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of MA.
- Reliable Transportation: Own reliable transportation for work-related purposes.
- CPR/BLS Certification: Maintain up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- Eligibility: Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English, both spoken and understood.
- HIPAA Compliance: Understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
