Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient progress and future care plans
- Document all care and services provided, adhering to federal, state, and agency regulations
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
- Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification
- Must have at least one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years
