Job Description
We are looking for experienced home health aides to join our team. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care is preferred.
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
Instructions
You must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:
- Be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NJ.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be fluent in English.
- Understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Have the ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Have satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Demonstrate adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
- Be at least 18 years old.
