We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. As a Certified HHA, you will be at the heart of our clients' care, delivering personalized support and assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring nutritious meals for our clients.
- Take vital signs and record them accurately.
- Assist with ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care.
- Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered.
Qualifications:
- You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of MA.
- Own reliable transportation is required.
- CPR/BLS certification is necessary.
- Eligibility to work in the US is required.
- Fluent in English is necessary.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties is required.
