We are seeking flexible Home Health Aides in the Chester County area to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities, including bathing, oral care, and dressing.
- Measure and record vital signs, report deviations, and assist with medication management under nurse supervision.
- Aid clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and assisting with walking aids.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment.
- Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining accurate records of care and client status.
- Adhere to infection control practices, maintain confidentiality, complete continuing education, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
