We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Gurwin Health Care Agency. As a Home Health Aide with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients who require personal care in their homes.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to patients, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They will also be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support and companionship to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care. They must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY and have reliable transportation. Additionally, they must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
