Your Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Coordinate care transitions and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- An active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two (2) years.
- A current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
