Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide personal care services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
Requirements:
- Certified PCA or HHA.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Completion of HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
