Duties and Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide with Gurwin Health Care Agency, your duties will include providing personal care to patients in their homes. This may involve bathing, dressing, and grooming patients, as well as assisting with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.

Requirements
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
