Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification. It's also essential to understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
Able to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
