Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.

Qualifications:
- Certified PCA or HHA.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations.

- New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program completion or equivalency.
- Adequate literacy and arithmetic skills.
- Age 18 or older.
