PCA/HHA - Premier

We are seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants in the Bronx area to provide exceptional care for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
• Ability to prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent.
• Demonstrated literacy and basic arithmetic skills.
• Age 18 or older.
