Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Home Health Aide to join our team of compassionate caregivers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and will be able to provide high-quality care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting and transfers.
- Take and record vital signs, when ordered.
- Assist patients with ambulation and exercise, as needed.
Requirements:
- You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of MA.
- You must have reliable transportation.
- You must have up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States.
- You must be fluent in English.
- You must understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
