About the Role:
- Work as a home health aide in the Queens area.
- Provide personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
Requirements:
- Certified PCA or HHA
- HIPAA knowledge and understanding of patient confidentiality
- Basic cooking skills and ability to perform light housekeeping duties
- New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
- Literacy and arithmetic skills
- Age 18 or older
