Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist clients with medication management, including administration and recording of medications.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
