As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with CareConnect, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who has a valid HHA certification in the state of NJ, is fluent in English, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should also be able to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
