We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. As a home health aide, you will provide personalized care to patients, addressing their unique needs and preferences. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant medical staff.

Requirements:
- You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY.
- You need to have reliable transportation.
- Able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Fluent in English (able to speak and understand).
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
