Your Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. As a home health aide, you will provide personalized care to patients, addressing their unique needs and preferences. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant medical staff.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements:

• You must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY.
• You need to have reliable transportation.
• Able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English (able to speak and understand).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
• Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
• Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
